Romania First K9 Tunetul Howitzer Exits Production Line
Romania's first K9 Thunder howitzer (designated K9 Tunetul) exited the production line in South Korea on March 30, 2026, ahead of delivery. The initial batch of 18 units is manufactured in South Korea, with local Romanian assembly beginning in 2027.
