K-DEX 2026 passes 1,700 booths with ten national pavilions as industrial partnership becomes the export pitch

| Asian Military Review

Exhibitor applications for the first K-DEX, the combined successor to KADEX and DX KOREA, have exceeded 1,700 booths ahead of the December 8 to 11, 2026 show at KINTEX Exhibition Center 2 in Goyang, with national pavilions confirmed from ten countries including the United States, India, Canada, and the Nordic states. Organisers are positioning the show around B2B and G2B meetings and a National Defense Briefing where visiting governments present procurement priorities. The framing reflects how Korean export programs now bundle local production and technology transfer: Poland's second K2 contract includes K2PL tanks built by Bumar-Labedy, Hanwha broke ground in February on a K9 plant in Romania targeting up to 80 percent localisation, and DAPA streamlined technology-transfer contract procedures in June 2026.
