DTaQ and Romania Sign Government Quality Assurance Pact at BSDA
DTaQ Romania BSDA quality assurance bilateral defense cooperation
At BSDA 2026, South Korea's Defense Agency for Technology and Quality (DTaQ) and Romania's General Directorate for Armaments signed a mutual quality assurance recognition agreement. Under the framework, the exporting country's government will conduct QA on traded military supplies on behalf of the importer, providing institutional infrastructure for the growing Korea-Romania defense trade relationship.
