South Korea reached a working-level agreement to transfer the fifth KF-21 Boramae prototype to Indonesia, formalizing a revised financial settlement disclosed through DAPA documents submitted to the National Defense Committee. Indonesia has paid 536 billion won of a reduced 600 billion won contribution, with the remaining 64 billion won due by June 2026. The transfer advances negotiations for a separate 16-aircraft export contract.
